Basic knowledge you wish you’d known years ago to regain control of your breathing & nervous system.
Step by step guidance to retrain your nasal and diaphragmatic breathing, correct tongue posture and reduce upper chest movement.
Breathing habit changes to cope better on stairs, when exercising, when sleeping and when feeling anxious or stressed.
How the online course runs:
Weekly drip fed content material with pre-recorded videos, imagery & written explanations.
Weekly optional group support calls via Zoom.
Bitesize retraining for you to move at your own pace or keep up with the weekly material.
Requirement: Before booking this course, please ensure you can breathe through your nose for 1 minute (even if this makes you feel a little uncomfortable and you feel like you’d need more air). If this is not the case, please book a free call with me.
