My guess is that you’ve tried medication or vitamins. You’ve tried exercise. You’ve tried eating less junk food. You’ve tried resting more. And you are fed up. Life keeps going and your body isn’t keeping up. Maybe your mind is struggling to keep up too.
Promise: I only want to work with people who will benefit from my coaching. If I don’t think I can help, if I think you’d be better off seeing a different type of coach or health professional or if I think you would benefit from group classes which are coming up, I’ll let you know.
How do I know if breathing coaching will help me?
It is entirely understandable if you are sceptical about breathing. If it was such a big deal, surely we’d have learned about it already? Surely your doctor would have mentioned it? Sadly, we are not taught the importance of breathing from a young age. Medical professionals are only now catching up with the importance of breathing to improve our health, whilst many are still focused on medication and surgery because it is what they know.
